Select your course option and add all requested additional information before adding to the cart. Then, if you wish to attend the dinner, please add this as an additional option and give any dietary requirement needs that you might have.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment options are by Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. When completing the purchase, click on the PayPal button. If you wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card, still click the PayPal button as there will be an option to pay by Card on the next page.
